Russia Business Culture Training

Success of a business in Russia is determined by hundreds of factors from initial negotiations to managing staff. Ultimately, it is about how effective a company is in working with the locals and following their customs, traditions and rules –  in a manner that is most beneficial and safe for the business.

How do you find your way in Russia in an environment that is, on the one hand, deceptively similar (with the overwhelming white ethnicity and proximity to Europe), and, on the other hand, highly challenging (if you think of typical Russia-related headlines with “crime”, “bureaucracy” and “corruption” never failing to attract attention). Business in Russia is not easy. And yet hundreds of companies from Western Europe, US and Asia are reporting that their business in the Russian-speaking countries is their main stream of revenue. …How do they do it?

Specially for the companies making their first steps in Russia we have developed an intensive training course that helps you make those first steps firmly and safely. In our 2-day programme we cover the essentials of business culture in Russia.
